Brunello's company isn't based in any of the traditional fashion centers - Rome, Paris, London or NYC. Brunello Cucinelli is based in a small hillside village called Solomeo in Umbria, two hours from Rome. With sweeping views of the Italian countryside from his 14th century headquarters - Brunello and in 2013 completed a successful IPO. What's the success to his business - as Brunello states 'humanistic capitalism'.

Giampaolo Alliata is the Sales Manager at Al Bazaar, Lino Leluzzi's Milan Boutique. Alliata has an extensive family and personal background within the high end Men's fashion industry across Europe, Japan and America. His father owned a storage room and sold men's garments from Isaia and Valentini to retailers. He worked for his father selling garments of Valentino, Luigi Borrelli and Sutor Mantellassi . Afterwards, Alliata moved onto working for Enrico Isaia buying Harris Tweed and Alsport fabrics in England and Scotland. He earned the title of richest man in modern Italy from his role as Head of Fiat during which he was Fiats largest shareholder. As Head of Fiat, he controlled 4.4% of Italy's GDP, 3.1% of Italy's Industrial Workforce and controlled 16.5% of Italy's Industrial Research and Development. These are some truly impressive figures for a modern economy.
